Branson/St. Louis Tour!
Monday, June 8 - Wednesday, June 17, 2009
10 Days / 9 Nights
Day 1: Early departure from Connecticut with rest stops before arriving in Cambridge, Ohio where overnight accommodations await at the Comfort Inn Cambridge.
Day 2: After breakfast at the hotel, it’s back on the road. This evening we arrive at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino in St. Louis. Dinner this evening will be the hotel’s buffet at your leisure.
Day 3: We’re off to the world famous Gateway Arch where you are scheduled for a tram ride to the top of the Arch. After lunch, we visit the beautiful Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis and take a drive through Forest Park. Tonight, enjoy the dinner buffet at your leisure at the hotel.
Day 4: We travel to St. Charles where we meet our costumed guide for a drive-thru tour of Historic St. Charles. After the tour, it’s off to Branson. We stop for lunch at Panera Bread in Rolla, Missouri. We depart for Branson after lunch and check into the Hotel Grand Victorian. Dinner this evening is at Montana Mike’s Steakhouse. After dinner, it’s off to the Presley’s Jubilee show.
Day 5:We depart the hotel after breakfast and travel to the Jim Stafford Theatre for the Doug Gabriel show. You will have time in old downtown Branson at the Branson Landing for lunch on your own before we depart for the Yakov Smirnoff Theatre. Dinner is at Paradise Grill and tonight we attend the Shoji Tabuchi Show.
Day 6: We depart for the Branson Variety Theatre to see the Twelve Irish Tenors Show or the Dalena Ditto Show (TBA). After lunch we depart for the College of the Ozarks to visit the Ralph Foster Museum. Then, it’s off to the Discovery Imax Mall for dinner at McFarlain’s Restaurant.
Day 7: We travel to Grand Village for shopping and mid-afternoon we travel to the Showboat Branson Belle for a dinner cruise. Prior to the cruise, you will have some free time to visit the shops at White River Landing. When we leave the cruise, we travel to the Mansion Theatre for The Promise Show.
Day 8: On arrival in St. Louis, we visit the Anheuser Busch Brewery. Accommodations this evening are at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino. Tonight, enjoy the buffet dinner at the hotel at your leisure.
Day 9: After breakfast, we depart St. Louis and travel back to Cambridge, Ohio with accommodations at the Comfort Inn Cambridge.
Day 10: We depart for home following breakfast.
